Hirero is a small, independent product run by a human. I am not a big corporation, nor am I backed by millions of dollars in venture capital. I am just a person who believes hiring decisions deserve better tools.
I built Hirero because I saw recruiters spending hours writing interview notes that nobody trusted, and hiring managers making gut-call decisions on candidates worth six figures. Every interviewer walks away with a different impression. Nobody can point to evidence. Every change I make in Hirero starts from this simple frustration.
